Potato Salami Frittata


Frittata is an Italian dish very similar to an omelet cooked over low heat and has healthy goodness of other ingredients. Potato frittata has crunchy texture of the vegetables and a lip-smacking taste.

  • Chili Flakes
  • 4-5 Medium Potato
  • Salt
  • 1 Large Carrot
  • Yellow Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Medium Red, Green and yellow Bell Pepper
  • Black Pepper
  • 100g Chicken Salami
  • 100g Mozzarella Cheese
  • Oregano



  1. Peal and Grate the Potatoes with the help of a grater
  2. Cut the vegetables into the julienne
  3. Break the Eggs in the grated potatoes
  4. Add 1/2 Tsp Salt, 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper and Mix well


  1. Put a pan on medium heat and add some butter and vegetable julienne
  2. Add 1/4 Tsp salt, 1/4 Tsp Black pepper, 1/2 Tsp Chili Flakes and 1/2 Tsp Oregano
  3. Saute for 1-2 minutes then take out in a bowl
  4. Put the pan back on low heat.
  5. Spread the Potato and Egg mixture evenly on the Pan
  6. Then spread the Vegetables over this
  7. Add a layer of grated Mozzarella Cheese 
  8. Add a layer of Chicken Salami
  9. Sprinkle some chili Flakes and Oregano on it
  10. Add another layer of Vegetables
  11. Add one more layer of cheese and then Salami.
  12. Sprinkle some chili Flakes and Oregano on it
  13. Then cover with another layer of cheese, Chili Flakes and Oregano
  14. Cover with a lid on the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes


Server with Tomato Ketchup.
